Hello, I am Anita Hug-Jones
I have been a nail tech for 32 years!
I started my career as a master tech for CND, which led me to Jan Arnold inviting me to headquarters to work on upcoming launches.
I have had the privilege to spend time with Doug Schoon, to begin testing
new products to be released (WOW, did I learn a lot from him!).
The following years I began to chase my dream of competing with nails,
where I was asked to join Odyssey nail system competition team.
Working with the world champion Trang Nuuyen, this is where I received the best education of my life! This also led me to one of the highlights of my career, landing on Nail Pro Magazine as Top 20 nail techs in the nation.
I have worked with many companies such as CND Young Nail, ONS, Star Nail, Cuccio, Revel Dipping Systems, & Joya Mia. Through them I became an educator later leading me to open my distributor store
BEAUTY BIZ Supply house.
I currently own Domani Day Spa, my home for the past 20 years. Recognized as business Women of the Year & the first nail spa to win top local business for 40 under 40! Through all my experience in the beauty industry my passion lies with teaching and helping technicians get the latest
and greatest nail industry products.

Becky Bunnell is a wife and a mother of 6 children.
She loves camping, four-wheeling, hunting, fishing, sports and all things NAILS!
Becky is a licensed Nail Tech/Instructor of 28 years, she currently resides in St. George, Utah. She is the owner of Nailed Studio & Academy. She is an Ambassador for SO Gel nails. Becky teaches online workshops, hands on gel classes, nail art classes, private one on ones, apprenticeships, and mentors Nail Techs around the world. Becky is an administrator for Tech Talk Worldwide's International Facebook Group, where she has the opportunity to teach, encourage, and lift other Nail Techs to be their best self. After Utah passed licensing for Nail Techs, Becky was able to help create the curriculum for the first Nails only program for USU Eastern, in Price, Utah. Bunnell has had the honor of having her work published in Nails Magazine, Nailpro Magazine, and Scratch Magazine. She has also written a variety of blogs. Becky was also chosen as "The Tops" in Nail Style weekly, and a 2018 Nail Star on the “Cruise With A Nail Star Cruise”. Bunnell was an educator at Nail Camp East (Georgia) and West (Idaho) in 2019 and will also be educating east and west in 2021. Bunnell owns a Nail Tech Apparel line called TRIBE #nailtech. Becky has a podcast for nail tech called Tribe Nail Tech launched in 2020
. What she loves most about her career is teaching, mentoring and building lasting relationships with her clients and other Nail Techs.
Jesse is a Master Nail Technician Owner of JDB Nail Shop, where he serves nail clients and manages an e-commerce store for nail technician supplies. He is also Doctorate Professor for Hand and Nail Harmony working with nail educators worldwide. Jesse has been a nail technician since 2001 and salon owner since 2010. He specializes in hand painting using gel polish and gel paint, acrylic 3d, electric filing and nail sculpting. Jesse was the winner of the Mix Media Category at Nailympia USA in 2019. Jesse has been a nail instructor since 2006. He has taught in beauty schools, developed in salon apprenticeship programs and taught thousands of Nail Technicians and Educators in the U.S., Caribbean, Europe and South America. Private person, group and online trainings are available. Jesse is fluent in English, Spanish and Russian.
Eileen is a multi-textile artist and attributes her career in nails to her mom's support in keeping her stocked in paint supplies and plaster ornaments throughout her youth.
A husband, two kids and 30+ years later,
she's still enjoys serving clients in her private
nail studio in Woodbury, Minnesota.
Admittedly too chicken to teach or compete,
she writes under the moniker "My Salon Life"

Some of these include: Scratch Stars Shooting Star 2018; Scratch Stars Nail Stylist 2019; Professional Beauty Nail Professional of the Year 2018, Nailympia UK Top Tech 2018; BABTAC Nail Technician of the Year; International Nail Art Master; International Nail Master; Top Tech Stiletto Nails; Scratch Stars Best Use of Social Media and has also been shortlisted as a finalist for Pride of Warwick Educator of the Year, Scratch Stars L&P Tech and Nail Stylist of the Year; Professional Beauty Nail Salon of the Year and more recently was the only UK finalist for NAILS Next Top Nail Artist and reached the Top 10 worldwide. Katie is highly respected and renowned in the industry and has had her work and articles published in many beauty publications, including a fortnightly blog for Scratch Magazine and is also a competition judge. Katie and her team are constantly updating their skills and knowledge with various Educators and brands throughout the years to ensure we offer our students unbeatable and up to date education.

The nail and beauty industry is constantly evolving and we aim to keep you up to date with those very latest trends and techniques.
I’m Karen and I’m a 40 something busy mum of 3 boys. I qualified in the nail industry back in 2004 but came out straight away due to impending divorce and destitution. Scroll forward many years and many jobs in Health and Safety, Facilities Management and Internal Auditing, and I found myself in network marketing, after a few years of learning all the tips and tricks that worked for me I went back into the nail industry in 2017 and created my unique Online Social Media Training Workshop. I became an Educator in Feb 2019 and wrote my first Accredited course in Feb 2020. During COVID i pivoted more into training and joined a Business Consultancy team who help new start up businesses with advice and training on many aspects such as finance, business planning and marketing, which is where I now share a condensed version of my social media training course. My future plans include becoming an OFQUAL registered educator and centre and I’m in the process of securing my second commercial premises that will be perfect for my long term plans.
Katelyn Legg is 26 years old and she is from St. George, Utah. She grew up slightly spoiled since she has 4 older brothers. She has always considered herself very lucky to be the youngest and only girl. Her brothers are her biggest fans and have helped advise Katelyn in several situations since she has started her own business. Some of Katelyn’s happiest moments are when she is surrounded by her family and playing with her nieces and nephews. She also loves traveling and feels free and happy when she travels by herself. She loves meeting new people, helping others, loves to laugh and her favorite color is Glitter. Being a nail tech hadn’t ever been a lifelong dream of Katelyn’s. Once the thought came to her mind she jumped in, became certified and quickly opened her own in home nail salon, ‘Katie did Nails’ Katelyn has been a certified Nail Tech for 5 years. She specializes in gel polish manicures, hard gel and hand painted nail art. She is certified in SoGel 2017, Michele Baker Mixed Media class 2019, Kristy Meakin Structure and Flat Art in 2018. Diana Vig Character Painting and Micro Painting class 2019. Amy Masters Genre and Electric File class in 2020 along with many types a nail art. She is always taking extra classes so she can offer her clients the latest and greatest in nail design. Some of the education opportunities Katelyn has completed is Royal VIP with Yire Castillo in San Fransisco 2016, Cruise with the Nail Stars 2018 and Nail Camp East 2019 where she won 1st Place Mixed Media in her first nail competition. Nail camp West 2019 where she took second place in mixed media. She has also taken several other classes along with online classes all around Utah. 2021 is Katelyn’s year where she has taken the jump to start educating and creating her own nail art workshops. She loves being able to help others in everything she does and can’t wait to help other nail techs in their journey. @katiedidnails
Rachel Mack is the Educator for "Nailed it! education"
Rachel has been a licensed nail technician and Esthetician since 2003, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Hello and Welcome to my bio. I have always been a very creative person, my love for art shines through anything I do.
At one point in my life, I pursued other things, such as learning a trade in tile. I was very successful as a tile setter and found it was a great outlet for me to use my creativity. As I got older, my love for Nails became number one. I left behind my other jobs to focus more on the beauty industry.
My dedication and hard work show, as I am always learning new techniques, to further myself, and bring my skills to a higher level.
I have completed several classes such as LE bachelor's degree, Egoista Russian Manicure, and many Art classes just to name a few.
I specialize in nail sculpting, hand-painted nail art, embedding, 3D art, using a variety of different products and mediums. What I love most about being an educator is Teaching nail technicians what I know and have learned, helping them gain more confidence, watching them grow to their full potential.
